Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data AbpioDevelopers collects, why, and the rights you have over it — including specific rights for visitors from the EU, UK and USA. See also our Cookie Policy.

1. Who we are
AbpioDevelopers ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal data collected through abpiodevelopers.com. [Placeholder] We are operated by [Company Legal Name], based at [Company Address, City, Pakistan]. If you need to nominate an EU or UK representative under Article 27 GDPR / UK GDPR because you serve those markets regularly, add that representative's contact details here. You can reach us at info@abpiodevelopers.com.
2. Data we collect
| Category | Examples | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiry & contact data | Name, company name, email, phone number, message content, service of interest | Submitted directly by you via our contact form or email |
| Technical & usage data | Approximate location (country, derived from IP address), browser type, pages viewed, referring page | Automatically, via cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy |
| Communications | Records of emails or calls if you engage us for a project | Generated during our correspondence with you |
We do not knowingly collect special category data (e.g. health, religion, biometric data) through this website, and ask that you avoid including such information in enquiry messages.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form or by email.
- To scope, quote for, deliver and support ABP.IO and ASP.NET Zero engagements you ask us to carry out.
- To detect your approximate country so we can show you the cookie notice that matches your local law (see Cookies below).
- To understand overall site usage and improve content, where you've consented to analytics cookies.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
4. Our legal basis for processing (EU & UK visitors)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: consent (for optional cookies and any marketing communications); performance of a contract or steps prior to entering one (for responding to enquiries and delivering services you request); and legitimate interests (for keeping the site secure and understanding aggregate usage), balanced against your rights and freedoms.
5. Sharing your data & processors
We do not sell personal data. We share it only where necessary:
- With service providers who process data on our behalf under contract — for example, our contact form is submitted via FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, which relays your enquiry to our inbox.
- With professional advisers (e.g. accountants, lawyers) where necessary.
- Where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process.
- With your consent, in any other circumstances.
6. International data transfers
We are based in Pakistan, and data you send us — including from the EU, UK or USA — may be processed there and by service providers located in other countries. Where EU or UK data protection law requires a safeguard for such transfers, we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate mechanism is in place (such as contractual clauses with processors) before relying on that transfer. [Placeholder] If you regularly handle EU/UK client data, consider adopting the EU Standard Contractual Clauses / UK IDTA with your processors and referencing that here.
7. Data retention
We keep enquiry and project data for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver any engagement, and meet legal/accounting requirements afterwards, then delete or anonymise it. Cookie-consent choices are stored in your browser and expire or can be cleared at any time — see Cookies.
8. Cookies
This site uses a small set of cookies and browser storage to remember your cookie preferences and, where you agree, to understand how the site is used. Because our visitors come from many countries, the cookie banner you see adapts automatically:
- EU & UK visitors see an opt-in banner — non-essential cookies stay off until you actively accept them, in line with the GDPR/UK GDPR and the ePrivacy rules that sit alongside it.
- US visitors see a CCPA/CPRA-style notice with a clear "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" option, and we automatically honour any Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal you send.
- Visitors from other regions, including Pakistan, see a short informational notice.
Full details of each cookie category are in our Disclaimer & Cookies Policy. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the site footer.
9. Your rights if you're in the EU or UK
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; request erasure ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to certain processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it. To exercise any of these, email info@abpiodevelopers.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, EU residents can complain to their national supervisory authority, and UK residents can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
10. Your rights if you're in the USA
Depending on your state of residence (for example, under California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to: know what personal information we've collected; request deletion; correct inaccurate information; and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise these rights, email info@abpiodevelopers.com or use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" option in our cookie banner or Cookie Settings.
11. Visitors from other regions, including Pakistan
Wherever you're visiting from, we apply the same practical principles above — collecting only what we need, using it for the purposes described, and giving you a way to contact us about it — even where local law does not mandate a specific framework.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold, including access controls and encrypted transmission (HTTPS) for this website. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Children's privacy
This website and our services are directed at businesses and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect new features, cookies or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here; please check back periodically.
